I just completed Haleh Houshim course entitled, "High Performance Morning Blueprint". It is a great course if, like me, you struggle with health issues and, in particular, if you are challenged by your water intake. I have always struggled with drinking water. When I was a kid, my beverage of choice was milk and I would drink it by the gallons. Water, on the other hand, was a real challenge as it still is to this day. In this short course, Haleh covers several key things from aspects of mindset addressing gratitude, to oral health, water intake, protecting yourself from all the emf's we're bombarded by, and finally, journaling to help you in your journey. Personally, I understand how challenging this can be. I had to overcome numerous hurdles, from domestic violence to a severe health crisis in 2011, refusing to be labeled or limited by challenges.
